Briksdalselva River
River Brixdale sometimes spills along the gently sloping shores,
and in some places it forms these little canyons.
The boulders are covered with mosses of various shapes.
"When I heard a sound like thunder. I looked back, and I saw a cloud of dust..."). It turned out that this is not a celestial thunder, but a rockfall, which is not uncommon here.
Water is everywhere, it seems that even the stones are saturated with it.
Now and seemed Briksdalsbreen houses of the village, at the foot of the waterfall Voleuse.
The peak ofMiddagsnibba, with a height of 1443 meters, is one of the highest mountains of the Justedal massif.
After the walk, in a restaurant in the village of Brixdalsbre, we had a great lunch with a real Scandinavian buffet, usually called a "buffet". To me, the meal tasted better than even on the Silja ferries, which are famous for their cuisine. And the price of 35 euros for such a plentiful treat is very reasonable for Norway.
