Donostia-San Sebastian. High tide on La Concha beach

While I was climbing mount Igeldo and getting acquainted with the Miramar Palace, the wide Golden strip of beaches was almost completely covered with water - it was high tide.

Impressions add quite a few waves, although it is far from a storm.

Despite the excitement, the water is full of people.

Such a game of water element, of course, is impressive and fascinating, but during a winter trip to Spain, I happened to watch on Spanish television the Christmas hurricane in San Sebastian - I must say, it looked quite creepy.
