Nativity scene in the Cathedral of St. Mary, Castellon de la Plana

In December, in every Catholic church, you can see traditional miniature compositions on biblical themes - nativity scenes. I am always struck by the variety of interpretations of seemingly the same well-known plots. The details are worked out so thoroughly that the figures look like they are alive.
