Škola Na Smetance

Between 1886 and 1888, the fifth school in the territory of the royal vineyards grew up in order. The school building was solemnly consecrated 16. September 1888 by Prague bishop Karl Schwarz. The school, built in the neo-Renaissance style, formerly included a botanical garden, a courtyard with a playground and a school chapel. At present, an attic floor with a library, a computer room and a ceramic workshop have been added. Since 1984, the building is included in the list of immovable cultural monuments.
