Casa Homdedéu and Casa l'Anguera, Reus

After visiting the ChurchSt. Peter's and walking along theFish square, continue the "way of modernity". Casa Pedrol Rius (16, Raval de Robuster, on the map). The house was built in the 18th century for the lawyer Pedro Antonoio River in the Baroque style, in 2001 the house was renovated and included in the list of architectural monuments.

The neo-Gothic-modern Casa Homdedéu (17-21 Raval de Sant Pere , on the map), one of the first creations of Pere Caselles, was built in 1893. The decor is represented by both modern vegetable bas-reliefs and Gothic elements, such as the Central loggia's balcony grilles, which imitate stone carvings.

Pointed elements give the building a medieval look.
