Claremont Yacht, Cannes
This luxury motor yacht was built by the Turkish company VBG Super Yachts. The company has only three vessels on its account, which only underlines their exclusivity. The Claremont yacht is the first vessel of the company, it was launched in 2009, its cost is estimated at $ 2.3 million.
The hull and superstructure of the vessel are made according to classical technology by gluing out veneer. The yacht is 32 meters long, 6.8 meters wide, 1.4 meters draught, and has a gross tonnage of 109 Gross tons. The ship is powered by 1,550 hp MTU engines each, which gives it a maximum speed of 27 knots and a cruising speed of 21 knots. Fuel tanks with a capacity of 8000 liters provide a navigation range of 500 nautical miles.
For up to eight guests, there are 4 en-suite cabins on board: a Master Suite, a VIP cabin and two double cabins. In the superstructure there is a spacious and comfortable lounge with access to an open deck in the stern, where there are soft sofas. In the aft part there is a hangar that houses a double jet ski, a double inflatable boat and a bagel, as well as an electric scooter for moving along the shore in parking lots.
A professional crew consisting of a captain, deckhand, cook and stewardess provides guests ' rest. The yacht has state-of-the-art navigation equipment and satellite communications. High-speed satellite internet provides guests with high-quality Apple TV content.
The yacht is based in the Old Port of Cannes (Vieux Port de Cannes) and is rented out for cruising in the Mediterranean. The cost in summer starts from 60 thousand euros, in winter from 53 thousand euros per week.
