Winter Forest after Snowfall. Western Belarus
It was snowing all night, and when I looked out the window in the morning, I found that the surrounding landscape had acquired an absolutely amazing view. Nevertheless, the paths were already cleared and after breakfast I went for a walk. After walking around the sanatorium, I reached the shore of the Southern Bug River, and ventured a little way along the road leading along it. I expected knee-deep drifts, but the snow layer turned out to be quite small. While admiring the winter fairy tale, I completely unnoticed went quite far from civilization. Heavy snowfalls are common in our Urals, but in winter it is extremely rare for windless weather, and snow does not linger on the branches. And in the forests of Western Belarus, complete windlessness can last for several days, and even a little snow in a few days dresses the trees in luxurious snow coats that last a long time..
