Cascada de la Cueva Fountain, Buen Retiro Park

In addition to the large fountain in the center of the Crystal Palace pond, there is another fountain on the shore, which is not immediately noticed.

This is an artificial rock, along the slope of which water flows, depicting a mountain waterfall (Cascada de la Cueva). You can only see it from the opposite bank of the pond.

A passage is made through the rock, stylized as a cave.

Through a break in the rock, you can get close to the waterfall's jets.

There is a playground on the rock, which is the best place to capture yourself against the background of the pond and the Crystal Palace.
