Night Madrid. Around the Royal Palace

While I was tinkering with my tripod in the Plaza de Espana, it turned completely dark, and I headed towards the Royal Palace, the facade of which stood out vividly above the dark mass of the Sabatini Gardens.

I went up the terrace above the garden to the completely deserted Piazza Oriente in front of the eastern facade of the Palace.

Then I walked along the alley with the sculptures, which also did not have a soul.

Then I captured the Cathedral of Almudena and one of its spires with a weather vane.

With that, I finished my evening photo shoot and headed to the metro station near the Opera House.
